A moment of gratitude from Lori Bee, South Carolina State Broker, eXp Realty. #eXpRealtyProud
Really blessed to work with such a fantastic Leadership Team within eXp Realty
. I try not to talk about work TOO much here on Social Media, but having had the various experiences that I have in real estate management ranging from horrible to great in the past, I feel so fortunate to be in FANTASTIC status at this point in my career. The best ever. I can’t help but share and be grateful.
I give all the credit to God for answering so many prayers in bringing Steve Saunders, Patricia Kay Sanders, Jennifer Combs-Minyard, Matt Szalecki,Stacey Onnen, Glenn Sanford and my predecessor/mentor, Jim Girard into my life. Along with hundreds of wonderful agents (friends!) who get, that our goal is to make not just their careers better, but their lives too.
What a life changing company this has truly been for me so far. I so look forward to where this journey will lead to.
Thank you God. And thank you one and all, mentioned above, and so many more. Have a wonderful weekend.

Even on the busiest of real estate days, God has a way of sayin’ : “Stop! Look what I did here, to take your breath away!”
The Church of the Holy Trinity is in Grahamville, SC near Ridgeland, and was on my way home last night from a listing appointment just up Bees Creek Rd. This has to be one of the prettiest churches in South Carolina, if not the entire South. Especially this time of year with the azaleas in bloom.
I thought some of you might enjoy God’s handiwork too.

Thought I’d run down to Alljoy Landing to catch a sunrise this morning. It was more than a bit cloudy but there was a bit of color. And I caught these gentlemen heading off to work, crabbing. A part of me was envious, but then I realized it may storm today. Then I was simply thankful for the food they provide, and prayerful, for their safe return.
Lori Bee shares a sunrise view and a list of homes for sale, in beautiful Colleton River, located in Bluffton, SC.
Have you ever seen the Will Smith/Matt Damon/Charlize Theron movie, “The Legend of Bagger Vance?” Well, even if you are not a golfer, I do highly recommend it. Did you know much of it was filmed right here in Bluffton? Actually, quite a bit of it was filmed in the gated golf community of Colleton River. The clubhouse is adorned with pictures of the filming and memorabilia.
A lot of people are surprised when I tell them it was filmed here. It really does showcase just how gorgeous this area truly is. It’s also a fabulous place to live. Here is a list of homes currently for sale in Colleton River. If I can help you make your dreams come true, just let me know. It would be my pleasure. My phone is 843-505-3132.
And just to give you a bit of a preview, yesterday I ventured out to the HE Trask Boat Landing in Bluffton and captured this sunrise view of the Clubhouse. Thought you might enjoy it. It’s even more spectacular in person. Wouldn’t it be just fabulous to wake up to every day. Let’s make that happen….

So “my Joe,” recently switched shifts at Gulfstream. He used to have to be at work at 3 pm and now he has to be there at 5am. He hates it. LOL.
I on the other hand, being a former farm girl, like being back to a morning routine. I am much more productive. And as much as I love sunsets, now I get to enjoy sunrises again too.
Here is this morning’s view. Let me know if I can help you have a view like this. It would be my pleasure.

The rivers, marsh grass, docks and yes… even the pluff mud, call to my soul. Are they calling yours?
I went down to the May River tonight but she wasn’t showing-off like she usually does. In fact, I’d say she was downright moody. What do you think?
Chilly but beautiful December beach sunrise at Sea Pines Beach Club, Hilton Head Island, SC.
Had a busy morning work wise and also with taking a continuing education course. But I find there is nothing better to focus and energize me for the day, than taking a moment to breathe and enjoy the view. That’s especially important here in the lowcountry, as I realize that is why people want to mover here and buy real estate.
What do you think helps you to focus?
Having grown up in the mountains of North Central West Virginia, I know what a hard winter is like. It’s not just the extra cold weather and the snow, it’s also all the grey, sunless days that can wreak havoc on your soul.
So while it can get a bit chilly here in the Lowcountry during the winter, the days are full of sun and vivid colors. I love the gold Marsh Grass, the brilliant Carolina blue skies, the absolutely spectacular subsets, and the flowers that even bloom in the winter months. I hope you enjoy this photo of a couple of those flowers (hydrangea and camellia) from my own yard. They brighten my chilly days.
I love fall. But especially here in Bluffton. It’s magical. Hard to describe but I try via my photos and video. They speak for our quaint little community, better than I ever could.
Hope you enjoy this little video I made from our Bluffton Arts & Seafood celebration yesterday.
And if you or someone you know would like to live in such a wonderful place, please let me know. Happy to share this magical place with you!
